i hate Mark Ryden. (just my opinion) but i dont know why ppl like him so much lately. (i mean apart from the emo invasion who just got into art because "it looks so cool and trashy" and what not) Just like that, if you haven't already, you should check out Camille Rose Garcia. it's meatless lol, but she's one of my favorites. =)

The problem with Ryden, i think, is that he tries to hard. like its so pointless. the meat and the mixing of different cultures, its all too much. + He has artistic skills but doesn't use them. His stuff is like caricatural wanna be gross, post classic, gore, wanna be profoundness and fake political moquerie. i dont know..his art really doesn't appeal to me. (just had to say..)
